Our Bootcamp classes are designed for Men & Women of all Fitness levels. Our classes are always challenging, consisting of both strength and conditioning work. No two classes are ever the same, as I love to keep them Creative, new & use the latest and most up to date exercises.
We rotate through different styles each week, be it Cardio themed, Tabata and Interval Training, Circuit day using dumbells, kettlebells, battleropes, medicine Balls, speed sacs, TRX suspension work just to name a few, and of course the most loved class of all is Boxing.
I believe it’s very important to keep your body guessing.
The human body is highly adaptable which means your results will quickly plateau if you only do one type of exercise.
Our programs change every week to ensure you’re always progressing. Exercise should be fun. Consistency is the key to achieving your goals and will power alone only gets you so far. It’s really important to create a positive association with exercise in your mind so that it becomes something you look forward to. My aim is to bring the fun back into fitness – this will help you build healthy habits.
At Creative Fitness we believe that no matter what your fitness level is, with the correct exercise and fitness prescription you can achieve significant improvement through training.
I also understand everyone is super busy these days, but health and fitness should be squeezed in and made a priority. That is why I have tried to make my timetable flexible, with early AM classes, evening, day and weekend sessions available to cater for everyone.

Being a Mum of four myself and fully qualified in Pre & Post Pregnancy training, I completely understand the need to be able to exercise while still being there for bub at the same time. This is the beauty of our Mums & Bubs classes as we offer complimentary Nanny Service which means our Nanny will look after your little one & let you exercise in peace while they are still in view.
It’s a wonderful win-win for everyone as you’re both getting fresh air which is beneficial in itself, you’re having some YOU time, exercising and also socializing with other like minded mums who encourage and support you all the way through classes.

For all those workers that love getting their workout in before work in the morning this class is just for you. Our Tradies will get to the worksite in plenty of time and the rest will be back at the workplace or home before they know it.
An express 45 minute class as the body responds more to intensity than it does to the duration of a workout.
So while you may turn up with sleepy eyes beforehand, I can promise you that afterwards you’ll walk away with an elevated metabolism, feeling energized, and ready to tackle your work day!
Tradies & Ladies
Let’s face it, some people are just not early risers, so I have some evening workout times just for you. When mornings are too hectic and you’ve been at work all day, the best way to clear the head is to hit the oval for an evening workout at the end of your day. This timeslot is one of our busiest as you enjoy your hour workout and when your head hits the pillow that night you’re going to sleep like a baby.
To Kick start your weekend we have two classes back to back on a Saturday morning. Some use the early class so they can be home before the kids wake and Saturday sport starts - the second class is just as popular for those that like a small sleep in on the weekend.
Our weekend classes have a wonderful vibe about them - work is finished for the week, you're treating your body to an early morning workout so you can then go and enjoy your weekend feeling on top of the world
Saturday Bootcamp Classes
Metafit is an effective military inspired workout that gets big results. To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups to un choreographed, high intensity intervals and the results are amazing. The exercises are kept simple and it is highly technique focused while sticking to the true priniciples of HIIT.
This has been a huge success in 2017 as those that are timepoor only need 30 minutes to have a workout that leaves you with nothing in the tank. Metafit is all about using your own bodyweight so you wont feel intimidated by any equipment.
Metapwr is a 30 minute circuit class which uses equipment like Battle ropes, Sand bags, Dead balls and Kettlebells and combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility and cardiovascular efficiency.
Metapwr develops strength and power not by traditional gym strength training but by carefully selecting equipment that will offer both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises. Combining this with plyometric and non plyometric bodyweight exercises promotes muscle adaption and growth, heightens your metabolic rate and helps burn body fat.
