Having a Personal Trainer gives you one-on-one time with a trained Fitness Professional to focus purely on you and your needs. It is also the fastest, easiest and most effective way to get results. The individual attention you receive with a personal trainer increases your awareness of your own body. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get fit or just feel good about yourself again it is my aim to help you achieve this.
You will receive a complete health and fitness assessment, including a posture analysis. We will discuss your goals and review these regularly. Your fitness levels will be assessed to gauge your current situation and measure future progress. Your exercise program will then be creatied based on your goals, the time frame you wish to achieve them in, your family/work commitments, health condition, body shape and your exercise preferences. I can review your current eating habits and offer nutrition guidance. Knowing what to eat to align with your exercise plan is critical to your success. The sessions will be planned for you and your goals only.
We will use a selection of weight resistance equipment, including TRX ( suspension work ), dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes, boxing and body weight exercises just to name a few.
Most importantly, you will receive constant support, encouragement and motivation to help you succeed with your health and fitness goals.
